As Pactolus is an Isle of Man incorporated company, the rights of shareholders may differ from the rights of shareholders in a UK incorporated company.

Pactolus acquired its operating business in January 2006 as a result of a corporate reorganisation. The Group undertakes through its Hungarian subsidiary, property development, trading and investment, primarily in residential property in Budapest, Hungary and has been doing so since March 2004.

The Company’s principal strategy is the refurbishment and letting of high value period residential properties at attractive yields.

Following a placing of new shares in the Company, which raised approximately £9 million (gross), Pactolus was admitted to the Alternative Investment Market (“AIM”) of the London Stock Exchange on 23rd March 2006.
